Terms & Conditions – PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website, online portals, services, admission facilities, institute registration services, course services, examination services, certificate services and other digital or offline services provided by PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION.

By accessing our website, submitting any enquiry, taking admission, registering as a centre owner, using any portal, making payment, downloading documents, appearing in examinations or using any service of PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Company / Institution / We / Us / Our: Refers to PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION.
  • User / You: Refers to students, parents, guardians, centre owners, franchise partners, staff, visitors and any person using our services.
  • Student: Refers to any person enrolled, registered or applying for any course, training, examination or certificate service.
  • Centre Owner / Franchise Partner: Refers to any institute, study centre, franchise partner or authorized centre associated with PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION.

  • Portal: Refers to student panel, institute panel, staff panel, coordinator panel, admin panel or any other digital access system provided by us.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, students, centre owners, franchise partners, staff members and users who access or use our website, portals or services.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
  • If the user is a minor student, the parent or guardian shall be responsible for acceptance and compliance with these terms.
  • Use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and other institutional policies published or communicated from time to time.

3. Student Admission and Registration Terms

Students applying for admission or registration must provide correct and complete information.

  • Admission is subject to eligibility, document verification, fee payment and institutional approval.
  • Students must provide accurate personal, academic, contact and identity details.
  • Any false, incomplete or misleading information may result in rejection, cancellation or disciplinary action.
  • Admission number, enrollment number, roll number, login ID or certificate details issued by the institution shall remain official records.

4. Course, Examination and Certificate Terms

Course delivery, examination, marksheet and certificate issuance shall be managed as per institutional rules and academic procedures.

  • Course duration, syllabus, batch timing, exam pattern and certificate process may vary by course or centre.
  • Students must complete required training, assignments, attendance or examination formalities wherever applicable.
  • Examination results, marksheets and certificates shall be issued only after successful completion of required process.
  • Certificate correction requests must be submitted through official channels with valid proof.
  • Duplicate certificate, correction certificate, reprint or verification may be subject to applicable charges and approval.

5. Centre Owner / Franchise Partner Terms

Centre owners, institute owners and franchise partners must comply with all operational, academic, branding, reporting and quality requirements of PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION.

  • Centre registration is subject to application, verification, approval and applicable payment.
  • Centre owners must submit correct institute details, director details, contact details and documents.
  • Centre owners are responsible for proper student admission, fee records, attendance, examination support and local compliance.
  • Use of company name, logo, certificate, software, portal or brand material is allowed only as per authorization.
  • Misuse of brand, fake admission, fake certificate, unauthorized fee collection or wrong reporting may lead to suspension or termination.
  • Any centre-specific commission, settlement, payment or service charge shall be governed by applicable agreement or official communication.

6. Portal Access and Account Responsibility

PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION may provide digital access through student panel, institute panel, staff panel, coordinator panel, admin panel or other online systems.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login ID, password and account access.
  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.
  • Any activity performed through a user account may be treated as activity of that user.
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, data misuse, fake entry, tampering or suspicious activity may lead to account restriction or legal action.
  • System logs, login records, IP records and activity records may be maintained for security and audit purposes.

7. Fees, Payments and Charges

All fees, registration charges, course fees, examination fees, certificate fees, institute registration charges or service charges must be paid through authorized payment modes only.

  • Payments are considered valid only after successful confirmation by the institution or authorized payment gateway.
  • Users must verify fee details before making payment.
  • Payment receipts, transaction IDs and payment records should be preserved by users for future reference.
  • Any failed, pending or disputed transaction shall be handled according to payment gateway or banking process.
  • Extra bank charges, gateway charges, taxes or service charges may apply where applicable.

8. Refund and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation, if any, shall be governed by institutional policy, course rules, franchise terms, payment gateway rules and applicable law.

  • Admission fee, registration fee, institute registration charge or service charge may be non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or modify our content without written permission.
  • Centre owners may use approved brand materials only according to authorization.
  • Unauthorized use of logo, certificate, seal, signature, website content or software may result in legal action.

11. Communication and Notifications

By using our services, users consent to receive official communication from PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION.
